We take full responsibility for products damaged during transit. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will arrange a full replacement at no additional cost to you.
You are welcome to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, free of charge.
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you may still do so by contacting our customer support team directly. However, please note that a cancellation fee of ₹200 will be applicable in such cases.
This fee is charged to fairly compensate our courier partners for both the forward and reverse logistics involved in returning the shipment.
Once a cancellation is confirmed and processed, the refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–10 working days.
